Question what u think about this pistons

i know that this is an old discuss about what to use and what not, but im watching some DSM 2G PISTONS , and also i have an extra engine on my garage that i can bore to make them fit.

They say they're for the 4G63 series engine, I don't know if they'd fit and frankly I wouldn't want to buy pistons on Ebay. You can get a good set from Speedcorps for like 400$.

lol thats awesome ebay has ebay pistons now?! wow.. yea man like amby said buy some reputable ones for a bit more and be happy.

Those pistons will NOT fit the 4G94 engine. You can source pistons from JE, Wiseco, Ross or Race Engineering. They can be purchased from various vendors online. You might also be able to find some for sale in the for sale threads at any given time.

yeah, guess u r right, why buy something cheap and risk my project, well wich should i get??
i mean if i can make the bore i can use someething better right???

If you're turboed, I wouldn't bore the engine out much if at all. Just buy some Wiseco, JE, Eagle, whatever pistons from RRM or Speedcorps.

ok, then i will start saving to buy the wiseco!, right now im running 9 lbs and of course who doesnt want more boost???? hahaha

i hear you there i want more boost but i dont see a point in buying pistons/rods for this engine and making 300 hp when i could buy a 4g63 engine and trans and swap it and use stock bottem end to 500hp lol.

Anything above 250 WHP will be a handful if you're FWD .
