Does any one make a chip for the lancer ????

 

Try doing a search. I'm quite certain the question has been asked several times before. The type of chip you're looking for might be useful as well, but considering there are none of any sort designed for the USDM Lancer I guess it doesn't really matter that much.

 

Are you talking about the replacement cpu like Audi and GM? If so, no. Mitsu has their cpu soldered since 94, unless de-solder it and make your own R&D chip.
