nope.. i guarantee it wont light. i've sat behind my car and held a lighter up and nothing. maybe one of those aim and flames would do it. but a regular bic lighter wont do.. even had a buddy rev it up.

i'm a turbo mirage btw. not cool enuf to own a lancer, but i'm running very rich right and still nothing.

i even tried to lean it out a little with the safc, and still nothing.. i think you're gonna need a spark.
