Unless companies have come forward with actual real data, I beleive the only dyno proven header is the one sold by RPW which will cost you a shinny penny.
Everything else is about the same. Back in the days I had a Kamikaze setup and I was happy with it for the price. The Kamikaze also included a down pipe.

At the end of the day, on our engine, I think all the header would behave just about the same and yield similar results. Go through our "For Sale" section on the board, maybe you'll find a sweet deal.

Then gut the crap out of your current manifold.
I think it's Danno, a few years ago, who dynoed a gutted stock manifold VS *insert company name here"'s header and the results were almost identical.
You probably won't find anything about it on the board, as it was a face to face conversation we had during a club meet in Toronto.

just go with an ebay one. I have one and the only problem I have after about 4 months if not more of usage is that the flex pipe on the downpipe is leaking. Power is good especially on the highway but our cars really do much being NA.

Need to change motor mounted to more solid ones because of the vibration from new headers can break flexpipe with old or oem motor mounts. - slatermvp

top rated sellers on ebay mean nothing....

do not get a garbage header system....

get something from a reputable company, or don't get anythign at all

look towards AEM, DC, etc
