4G93 Intake Manifold on 4G94 (Fuel Rail not flush)??
UPDATE:
Sorry for late update. been workiing alot on the 240sx. Installed new injector seals and orings.
So far idle is back to normal and air sound is less noticeable.
However, still hearing some kind of air leak. Hard to tell where it is coming from.
Going to do a couple compression tests and vaccum leak tests.
Trying to work all the kinks out before I turbo the car.

I've been messaged a couple times and just for the sake of other people who might run into the same issue I will post this:
I added spacers where the fuel rail mounts and with some minor adjustments the fuel rail issues were resolved. The air leak sound was a nipple on the side of the manifold that I had to plug and also the brake booster line that was extended had some air coming out of the connection.
I've been running the car with my ported intake manifold for 4 years with no problems and no tune. It does lack a little bit of acceleration but once it gets into the higher RPMs it has a nice pull. Hope this helps.
