she barely spoke much english, only thing I remember was she said "is okay, insurance......". I don't know if she knew it was her fault.... I got witness, the guy behind me pulled over and gave me his name and # and took off.
yes if you don't owe a damn thing also you don't have a damn thing..... you lose your car, and the down payment and the months you spent paying for the financing..... all down the drain.... and I do have GAP but from the sound of it, the body shop is willing to take a cut to repair it. I'm crossing my fingers to hope they do a good job. my car is damaged from driver side rear to passenger side front.... she hit my driver side fender/rim and since I was driving straight it kept scraping my car doors and partial of the car body at the rear bumper..... and I ended up hitting the curb hard at the passenger side wheel. 3 of my rims are scratched up.... how do they repair that????

Update..... insurance agree to file total loss... the body shop was in shock when I called them to release my car to the insurance... I was told that my insurance company was unhappy with the body shop and how it was handling the situation so they decided to rule it a total loss with my attorney pushing it of course. F me, I just paid this months finance, if it didn't take 2 f'en weeks just to get this total loss done.... could have save me the extra month. Now I need to start saving and get a new car. My attorney said I could buy the salvage GTS back at a lower price and repair it or something but I'm hesitant to do that and also I don't have as much cash on hand... I'd have to borrow and then have it fix and I won't have a car to commute around town/work. OMGGGGGGG stress.... decisions...... just lost my down payment and 4 months of financing... omggg so unfair that someone hits you and you end up losing....

okay, so anyone know when the 2012 release dates are? I want to see how it looks like after hearing its getting some minor exterior changes on the GT (formerly GTS).
Factory rebate is now listed at $500.00 until 31, what is it after? when I got my car it was 1000.00 rebate.... I tried searching but no luck.... hope someone call help me out a bit.

Time to say goodbye to Evolutionm.net, decided to fix my old car and just drive that for a few more years..... not going to get another car and put myself in a debt situation again. I enjoyed that 4 months around town in my GTS......
