lancer es platform

I was looking into getting a full cat back exhaust for my lancer es but I cant find one thats specific to the es. I have found a good number for the ralliart and gts and I want to know if the platforms are the same. Like if the mounting pattern and route are the same for all the lancer 2.0's?

the only cat back i know about is the one magnaflow makes. the rest are axle backs or full header backs.

as long as you find an exhaust for a 2.0L lancer you should be fine

HI!

Just be carful. Not all 2.0l cat back will work. EVO X and Ralliart are also 2.0l and their exhaust wont work on a stock ES. You need to stay with either a 2" or 2.5" cat back cause if you go 3", you may lose some HP due to lack of back pressure.(Beware if you are looking on e-bay...they say it will fit but in fact...)

Magna flow as previously stated makes a cat back, TSUDO make a complete exhaust but for offroad/race only (not legal for street use). I do believe that big companies like DC, Greedy ect. are making axle backs...they must have a good reason for not making a cat back, maybe its not worth it, would'nt make a big impact on your power levels...

Anyway, some other members might have other views, but instead of spendind a lot of money on a full cat back, I'd rather get a good axle back and header for the same price. A good addition would be a high flow cat...
