I had to get my car inspected and surprisingly was some stuff I needed to fix to pass. I went get an estimate and it would cost 1000 dollars to fix all of it . Apparently my check engine light didn't work so I never knew. I spent 400 to fix something with my wheels. I have a small evap leak idk how to fix that or where that is.
. Also I have to replace both my sensors!!! I have one that I never put in for the one by the intake manifold. Where is the other O2 sensor !?

I'm sure you can get the sensor replaced yourself. It shouldn't be too difficult. The second O2 sensor is on.the cat somewhere at mid point below the car.

Wow that hurts... if your lancer is a 5 speed the best thing you can do is to remove the "inspection plate" which is under the engine located just to the side of the exhaust, two 10mm bolts hold it on. Once removed you should be able to successfully see the flywheel and it's teeth. You should be able to use a 22mm socket on the harmonic balancer bolt to turn the engine, clockwise. Have someone turn it slowly while the other inspects the flywheel for damage.

Also I have another question for however can answer it . I want to get new aftermarket headers for my lancer, but then when I turbo my car I'm going to have to buy another header that will work with the turbo.
So my question is can I run the headers I am going to use for the headers non turbo ?

I'm not positive on this but from what I have read, u can not run the same headers u are going to for turbo on the non turbo.. but I could b wrong. But I am more leaning towards the u can not use the same one for both. Someone else will verify that but yeah

Does your light come on at all when you first turn the key on before it starts? Sounds like he's trying to work you over. I'd go to autozone or something and have them run a scan on your car and post the codes if any are present in the ECU. Or just go on eBay and spend 80 bucks and buy a scanner. They are nice to have.

As far as the header question. If you're thinking about going turbo. Just save your money, you won't even notice much of a difference with the header anyway.
