I need help for my 2002 Lancer GLX engine and ECU.
This car originaly had 4G13, distrbutor based, auto transmission, non CVT.
Recently i have swapped the engine and transmission with 4G18, Coil based, auto transmission, non CVT from some 2005 or 2006 lancer (may be). It came with own wiring harness and ECU.
After putting everything in, we are experiencing following:
1- knocking when speed is constant, goes away if throttle is released and pressed.
2- some engine missing or engine jittering like if one gets if one cylinder is not working properly, when crossing 30 kmh speed upto 60, can be felt more when turning.
3- radiator fans are off/on mode, even connected on original control module, whereas in my view it is spossed to work slowly and get fast as required by ECU.
4- engine speed is regulating on power steeing movement but not if AC or Headlights are turned ON.
5- we dint know correct ECU model number for 4G18 with coils with Normal Autotransmission.
6- we dont have wirring diagram or details for ECU of 4G18 as above.

Today, we tried to chnage injectors but jittering and knocking increased.

My mechanic is saying that ECU is not 100% matching with engine thats why these things are happening.

Please guide, advise and support.
