Help!

I have a 2002 Lancer LS that I just purchased. It started and idled very ruff, then died out completely. I took it as a misfire so I replaced the plugs, boots and wires and also coil packs. It still wouldn’t start so I replaced the crankshaft position sensor. The car still will not start not even with starting fluid. It’ll crank and turn o er but will not start. I actually like the car and don’t want to give up on it yet so any advice about this issue I’m having, would be greatly appreciated.

yeah I have a code reader that I hooked up to it and it’s throwing no codes. But the test never completely finishes due to the car not starting
