Exclamation RRM Piggyback problems?

I just had zlancer install my header and piggyback and the car started up fine and ran fine...when i got home it started right back up...i tried to start it up again later on and it took forever to fire it up...I know z lancer man said he had the same problem (I bought the piggy from him) but he siad Road Race checked it twice and said it was fine...so I was just wondering if anybody esle with the pb has any problems starting the car...

Ok I had this EXACT same problem.
seems the piggyback I had was programmed wrong, for a different car!!
what happened, in my case the car would start fine if it was cold, when it was warm
I NEEDED to give it gas in order for it to start..

RRM sent me a new piggyback with the new flash, works 100% now..

and yes, I had checked and re-checked and reinstall the piggyback like 3 times by
different mechanics to verify it was soldered properly, etc.

good luck,
B

yeah, they have a newer tune for it as of about a month ago, i think. give them a call and theyll have you send it in for a re-tune. youll only have to pay for shipping.

this happen to my friend and it wouldn't start and it ended up that it was programed wrong,so thy reprogramed it and he said it ran good for a day or two and started messing up again.took it in again and they did it again and adjusted his idle.he said it STILL wasn't running right and they said his car was fine.he took it off two days ago and it runs normal again.
