OZ vs ES speedo

I think this question has been asked before but I can't find it under a search for speedometer.

Can anyone confirm whether the OZ speedo is calculated on the same tire size as the ES?

I want to make sure when I get new tires that the speedo is correct. With the stock 195/60 's on the OZ there would already be a difference of 2 mph at 70.
I have 205/ 60 and would be 4mph over at 70. I want to go back to the 205/50 's which would be slight under the 185/65/14 tires size.

Thanks

If you have an OZ then you are the same as I and when you are doing 70mph on the highway you are going nearly 74 mph. I like to drive at 80 when on road trips so can you imagine how fast I would really be going if the speed is off?
