Should be fine, can't see why there'd be a problem.

well, i hope its ok, i've driven back and forth from louisiana to kansas twice in about 6 months. what could be wrong or go wrong on a cross country trip in your car?

i could understand if you were really pushing the boost in a turbo setup, but your aren't, so i can't see any problems.

Your car should be fine. If i were you though i'd replace the donut with a full size tire/rim for the trip.

I really wouldn't suggest driving and watching TV at the same time. That's just dumb... unless you meant you would be driving with someone else and then it's cool. Driving should take all of your attention... you are rolling a heavy object that could potentially kill people. If you need something to pass the time listen to CDs or humm.

Thumbs up Should be fine!

Your engine will need the air. I made trips from Grand Rapids , MI to Jacksonville, NC be fore and after my SRI install and I had better mileage with the SRI than when I had the stock airbox! And I hauled mora azz through Ohio when I had my intake on too! going through Cinci I was goin about 65x2 with a guy in a black and yellow Supra (obviously he did not disconnect his NOS when we got into Kentucky!!!)That was about the same distance that you have to make, so I do have to remind you to be safe and watch out for those Ohio cops! Anyway, you should be fine with CAI, but you should put your stock tires back on like you said! Be safe out there man! PEACE!!!!!!

thanks ben.

yeeeaaa cops do suck. i dont think i have any tickets left to get. cops around here know me by the sound of my car. haha. they just pull out not even seeing me. sucks. oh well. least im infamous!

so ill leave my cai on. that would save me alot work...

last long trip i took was up to sleek concepts place (7hrs.) and on the way home i got in a pack of a black supra, prelude, some audi or nice car, and a cop and we all did like 95-105 all the way home.. i was so scared, but the cop just stayed right with us. didnt say anything, didnt do anything. now that was fun.

oh and you guys that drive this drive. if ya have any route secrets.. i just got info off mapquest.com, the girl lives around Akron ohio. MQ says 95 to I26 to I77 to US250 all the way up
