Installing the Piggyback tommorrow. What do I need? (Pics of what I have)

Hey guys, I got my piggyback in the mail on Saturday and tommorrow I'm going to install it. Or at least try. I have a full tank of 87 Octane gas, but if neccescary I'll drive around for a couple hours til I get on low and put in 93. Do I need to have 93 in when the piggyback is installed? All that came with the piggyback is in the picture, although I do have a copy of the directions in the PDF file. To use the "Clips"... did those not come with it or do I need to buy them? Are they the flat metal things that are on the wires already? If I need to buy some stuff from Home Depot such as the clips.... what do I need or should I get? Thanks guys, I can't wait to get this thing on. I would prefer not to solder yet... as I don't have a garage with a power outlet to work from. Any private pieces of advice?
Frank

I would definately run all of that 87 out of there before you even attempt it. Soldering the wires is in my opinion the only way to do it. But if you must do it that way then go for it.you will be severing the wires that the instructions clearly state not to. Alot of the readings that the ECU adjusts for are read by the given resistance on the wire at that point in time, if you sever the wire then you are in turn changing the resistance by the time it goes through the wire and the connector. There have been a few of these installs done with quick disconnects so it may work fine, or it may not.

I cannot tell from your pics but there should be a white connector piece for the vacuum hose that you connect the short PB hose with the rest of the supplied vacuum hose.

There should also be a T connector for the other end of the vacuum hose that is used to connect the other end of the vacuum hose in the engine bay.

I think if you search for RRM PB there is a thread containing all other instructions/ comments on install.

I think this is what Wadad is talking about...the two white connectors that are circled in red. Not sure how good you can see it. I actually brought this piggy back from Wadad
