you'll have to remove the carpet on the sides of your trunk to get access to these

I don't believe the trunk bar fits in the 2nd generation Lancer. They removed those bolts.

No, you're car won't be toooooo stiff. I promise.

If you get a torque wrench, you set it to the number they give you. Then you tighten the nut until the wrench starts clicking. That means you're applied that exact amount of torque when tightening the nut, and therefore, the nut is as tight as it should be. No more, no less.

Well tomorrow is the day I install my PDX Bars. Have the instructions for the lower tie bar and Rear Strut Bar.

But is there any last minute things I need to know?

With the rear trunk bar take your time. When you cut the carpet try to make it look as good as you can. Otherwise it will look lreally bad.

I didn't cut my carpet. I just kinda slid it forward. Works fine.

For the rear strut bar or the RS trunk bar? Cause for the rear strut you have to remove or cut the carpet.

If you make your cut straight up from the floor up that is the best way to do it. I just cut a huge hole in mine and it looks really bad.
