Got 5 minutes?

1. Jack the car up.
2. Remove 2 nuts at rear of control arm/chassis connection
3. Slide bar onto bolts.
4. Replace nuts and tighten.
5. Lower car.

That's all. Very easy.

Well...does it require holding any of the suspension components up in the process; or will everything just stay in place while the bolts are taken off?

Breaker bar helps (or impact wrench if ya got it)
WD-40 or Kroil as well. Spray and let it soak in.

hey that set of bars is sweet! I have read that if you mark the backside(head) of the bolts, when installing the lower rear tiebar, you can make sure you don't accidently adjust your rear camber. When I did it, I just marked the bolt to the rubber to the metal. You'll see what I mean when your under it. Granted, the bolt didn't move anyways, but to be safe it is a good idea! Looks great, post some pics when you get them on!

Yah...nah, use my socket wrench with the torque from my legs. Worked well when I had to get the nuts off the front struts. Hope these won't require the strength of the Hulk, like those did.
