front downforce

I searched for this, but nothing really came up except some other people wanting more downforce in the front end of the lancer. i noticed when i was driving 100+mph on the higway that the car would shift side to side a little and u can feel the front end lift.. Are there any front spoiler or front lip that would add more downforce to the front? and if there isn't, any word on something like this later?

A front air dam or a spoiler like that on the Wings West RSX that's mounted on the hood might do the trick. Easier fix is a stiffer suspension as the Lancer already does have a relatively good underbody slip (black plastic panelling extending from the bumper to under the engine bay. I don't trust the stock suspension over 80-90. To unstable and to high=garbage high speed handling.

The suspension really is not ideal for high speeds. It's too soft and therefore feels very floaty past about 80mph. Downforce won't change things nearly so much as a stiffer suspension setup.

Technically though you shouldn't be driving that fast, so you can't expect them to make the car ideal at speeds like that.
