its not even legal if you dont even pass the speed limit (its harder to prove but its still not legal)

A cop told me once that as long as I didn't go 10+ over, I was fine. This was when he pulled me over doing 9 over. He even told me he "couldn't" give me a ticket.

I've only ever had one ticket, and I was doing 14 over. I could have fought it but I paid my dues, never got a ticket since and never will.

The board cannot support illegal activity. If you started a thread about the coke deal you just made, we'd shut that down too.

Incidentally, I think we're being very nice leaving this thread open. So remember that. Although, since we're at the point when regular members are posting to say how out of hand it is, we'll see how long it stays open.

It's because Mark doesn't want to be held responsible for the promotion or furtherance of questionable or illegal activities. Even if he was an avid street racer (which he's not as far as I know), it would certainly be prudent for him to avoid any legal complications stemming from the exhibiting of illegal acts.

haha... this isn't street racing, we'll call it a slow car flowing a faster car. And taking a video. Does that make it better?

no street racing is illegal no matter what the speed... they usually just wait to pull you over at a higher speed to impose more fines
