I LOVE it. I think it is very distinctive. I see why people would say Prelude this and Sunfire that, but Honda gave up on the 'lude, so it is fair game, and as far as Sunfires go, hopefully there will be plenty more Lancers on the road to make the Pontiac look like the also ran.

I think the car looks far more aggressive, but I think the females will say it is cute at the same time. I want more buyers to come see me, and I think this car will sell more then the current one.

And GAWD, look at that engine! You already get the cool valve cover from the factory! Bring it on!

 

It looks more cute then agressive to me. The 02 Lancer had nice clean lines and a refined look. Much like the Evo 7 did over Evo 8. to altezzas and centerpiece grills.

 

Is this how the new Lancer is gonna look worldwide? Or is this just some DSM thing? If it is...will the Evo eventually have this body?

that car just needs a bit of getting used to....was the same story for the Evo, and look now, the styling isn't even an issue. I think it would look pretty nice with an aggressive body kit, one with fog lights to take a bit of the attention from the headlights. If anything the headlights remind me of the Peugeot 206.

If they had made the headlights less camry/altima like and more like what we have now it would of looked pretty good.

that thing is ugly and the engine doesn't sound that impressive, sounds like its just the neon engine or something, doesn't the neon have a 2.4 sohc, and i heard that engine sucks, i might be wrong though.

looks like a cross between a pontiac, sentra, and a focus to me love the 2.4 and all but wahh, its like evolving to Uglyness, i'd call it mutation rather than evolving. and still no fogs. sheesh
