Getting the most out of the manual 4g94?

sorry guys its a pdf file but thats the format they gave me. again, those are the specs that aem gave from their dyno. i'm not quite sure what kind of dyno it was on either but it gives a decent idea for baseline....also remember that depending on the mods you have added to your ride with change where you make the most power so each of us will have a different opinion on this.
