Bombproof!

Gotta share this pict. I didn't know one of our own was a suicide bomber! Haha. I got a PM from a guy saying that he wrecked his car and that only 2 items were absolutely fine, RRM header and RRM single strutbar. I am sorry for the crash DUDE had but proud that our products survived. I would not have thought it myself till I saw this pict and the owner confirmed that both items were good enough to install on another car! I may have to change the Rallispec title to Bombproof!

2002 ES, yes grounding kit

not sure were the pack of smokes came from, they were in my car when i got to the junkyard ( theres a bottle of orange juice in the car too ) lol

the car had a REALLY hard front end impact and then got tossed around like a little ***** but the headers didn't bend at all, i was REALLY impressed, the strut tower bar didn't bend either, and the car was smacking into the wall and hit sideways down the road a couple times

just to get an idea of how hard the impact was, they couldn't find my front bumper or driver side wheel ( we found it later, it was a good 50 yards from were we initially hit )

i'm sorry, but why did you repost this rock? you knew about the other thread, hell, you posted in it a few times:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=180605

and why are you advertising this? thats the dumbest thing i've seen a vendor do to date: "omg guys, this guy almost died and wrecked the hell out of his car, but none of that matters cause the rrm parts are OK. w00t!"

come on grow up, he got lucky, his parts got lucky, its not some RRM specific fire/crash proof fabrication process

and where the heck do you get bombproof from? umm, he wrecked and his car caught on fire, he didn't throw a stick of dynamite into his engine bay.

Wow what a reaction. Owner of the car PMed me this info for this reason not cause of his wrecking yard issues. His thread is about wrecking yard issues not the parts. He is fine and no one made light of his wreck. The owner of the car who posted in here does not have a problem and he even recommended we start a thread about it, so we did. Owner don 't have a problem and most others in here don't have a problem. Guess it is not interesting aside to his crash. Most find it interesting and did not care about his wrecking yard issues so they read here. Guess you are the only one with the problem. Hate to go there but is does say something about the parts but it is also just interesting! Guess you should just avoid the thread. I would be more sensitive but DREW is OK with it. SHEEESH!
