Not sure what the market in Canada is holding car prices right now... but down here I'd say around 10k on an individual sale (not dealer trade-in).

It depends on Kilometers. I have seen them go from 10,000 to 18,000 (in the last 6 months for 03's)

Check on auto trader to give you an idea. I would think you would get around $15,000 CDN depending on the mechanical condition. If you were to trade it in I would expect 11-12K.

Are we talking about a OZ Lancer?

Go to KBB and get a valued estimate for your car.

I have an 02 oz w/ 57k miles on it. Nearly mint Condition, minimal mods.

Private Value is 9,000.00( USD )

Just because your car has a lot of mods, doesn't mean the price is going to go up, well atleast in a trade-in stand point.

click on private party value, enter the information honestly. fyi "premium" means custom, such as your rims. As for most of your mods, they do very little to change the value of your car, save for rims and stereo. Sad but true, sorry.

you'll get more for it if you sell it privately. The dealership will give you the lowest possible value for your car. private sells might see your mods as a benefit. I.e. they'll pay more for it.

Well, if someone is looking for a modded Lancer, they might be willing to pay a bit more. Unfortunately, if you are banking on that, you are reducing your customer base by about 95%. If you're waiting to find just the right customer who wants the exact mods as you have on your car, you might have to wait a while. Even a tuner like me doesn't like to buy a modded car, because chances are the person selling it didn't have the same taste as me. Sure, it's possible to find the rare buyer who wants exactly what you have, but more likely the people who are looking at it really don't care, and some even pass it by because they want a stock grocery getter and don't trust the reliability of a car that had been toyed with. That's why I parted out my mods. It takes a little effort but at least I get a lot of my investment back.

i think the best way to go about this is, if your gonna trade it in at a dealership, part out all ur engine mods and go back stock. dealerships dont really like that stuff. but keep ur "look" mods. ur car looks very good, and im sure a dealership will give u a good price on ur car for looks.
