well with the turbo kit, I guess a custom turbo back exhaust would do well...

RRM turbo with inter cooler. header, high flow cat, cat-back exhaust. since you have auto, short ram intake. Guages to go along with turbo (boost,afr, etc, etc). tein coilovers, probably basic... fuel pump/rail I think is helpful with turbo. theres some cheap mods that are cool, black out your headlights. mabey get some eyelids (cheap and do make front a little more aggressive).
If its in plain bold I dont knwo what it is.
If its in bold, italics, and underlined I thought you couldnt have that with turbo.
Thanks

Here, I did this in five minutes of scrolling down at the RRM website.

turbo = 3999
manifold = 369
fuel rail = 89
motor mount = 149
magnacore wires = 89
test pipe = 69
lsd = 929
exhaust = 399
rotors = 139
pads = 89
coilovers = 1220
front & rear strut bars = 168
brake lines = 89

good rims & tires = 1500

Total = 9297

There you go, that's a lot of "go" mods and suspension to support it. You want even faster? Get pistons + rods and get stage 2+
You might want electronics and gauges for your turbo set up also.
For "looks" you have to decide for yourself to choose what you like best.
I hope you're not as lazy with maintaining your turbo as you are with researching about your turbo.

Mitsuozboi has most of it, but if you want to be specific I would get some 16" nothing over 18 pounds; tires i can't help you there, the same thing for the exhust greddy or HKS they both make some really light weight ones plus sound real nice from what i've heard. Since you have the money go with coilovers. I would also go with c/f hood and trunks every pound counts. if you have some money left after doing all that, lip kit or full body but from what i've seen lip kits look better for your year car.

All that was just stated is imo if i'm wrong or anyone else would like to put they 2 cents please do.

high flow cat is to replace your second catalatyc converter (header replaces first) so its more free flowing. Cat-back exhaust just refers to piping from the cat(catalatyc converter) on to the muffler. I dunno about not being able to use short ram intake (SRI) with a turbo, never heard that. Boost gauge to measure boost levels, air fuel ratio gauge. and theres a couple others that are very handy to have, I cant think of them right now. also, if your turbo go 2.5" exhaust, otherwise 2.25". hope this helps some, if i missed anything or if someone wants to correct me go ahead please.

I agree, on this site rrm has a upgrade path for newbs. thats would be a great place to start if you still arnt to sure. Im also sure if you call up rrm and tell them you have X amount of dollars to spend on performance they could give you a hand in picking up the right stuff. lemme find the link.

10000$ eh? Well the best mod would be a new car, say a used WRX, SRT-4 or a ralliart. Now I assume these are out of question so I'll bite. Following the RRM turbo, I would go pistons and rods, and get the stage 2 upgrade. Get a magnaflow high flow cat and a greddy exhaust and you're set with the department. Bored throttle body and intake manifold are a must to keep the engine breathing. An upgraded fuel system would be a good idea, but I think that comes with the kit and/or stage 2 upgrade. For suspension a set of Tein SS coilovers, a front strut bar, rear strut bar and sway bar would be nice. A set of lightweight, 15" rims would be on next, probably the rota grids or the rota slipstreams. Wrapped around those would a set of BFG G-force sports since they have a very high rating on Tirerack.com. For brakes I'd go with either a set of slotted rotors, axxis ultimates and steel lines or a big brake upgrade from RPW. For drivetrain a Works stage 2 clutch, lightweight flywheel and a steel clutch line would do nicely and maybe an LSD as well. For looks I wouldn't change anything. For miscellaneous stuff I'd get a set of kartboy exhaust hangers, Kartboy shifter bushings and a lancershop short shifter. Maybe a set of evo recaros or corbeaus for the interior.

As for any more info, do a damn search, if you're too lazy to look it up yourself you shouldn't be modding.
