in Canada the OZ comes with a spoiler directly from the factory, it's not an option on the OZ! And you can have ABS on the LS and the OZ too, but only with the power sunroof...

it is a substandard sway bar, but a sway bar none the less.

The sway bar is only on LS and OZ models, but since this thread is a comparison of them, it hardly constitutes a difference. If the ES were included in the comparison, then no, it doesn't have a sway bar.
