Well, I have an LS, and I can tell you this: if there was on OZ on the lot with an auto tranny when I bought my car, I wouldn't have bought my LS. I like the OZ look more than the LS. Sucks, last time I was at the dealer they had a couple of OZ's with auto tranny's
Oh well, what can ya do!

By the way, the spoiler is an option on all the Lancers. It is not standard on OZs, although it is packaged with the sunroof. You can get an OZ with a spoiler and no sunroof, but not the other way around.

OZ w/ spoiler is technically an option, but in 02 and 03 they shipped way more OZs with the spoiler than without it, making it somewhat of a "mandatory" option
i bought my OZ with a spoiler, but the only black one they found was without, so they installed it for me (since i already paid for it).
dont' forget the OZ floormats and OZ badging

My LS will look a little more like an OZ soon, just bought a wing off a guy in Maryland, it's a diff color though, but that's easy to fix. Going to lower my car an inch and put 17" wheels on it. But for now I'm concentrating on mods, getting a test pipe from a guy in Washington, already have an axle back, and soon to follow will be SRI.
I'm so excited I can barely contain myself!
good point on the swaybar
and my OZ didn't originally come with a spoiler (and she's yellow- imagine!) Installed that myself.
In real terms, we all have the same powerplant. The manuals have a CAI options-whether ES or OZ. The suspension differences are negligible, as StreetLancer usually points out on these threads, because the ES at least is compatible with most Mirage componenets. And, don't forget the bolt pattern on the ES is 4X100- the same as the Civic and most imports. Us OZ guys have the 4X114.3 pattern and are way more limited in wheel options.
