i haven't bought any yet, but you can get them from home depot. they make them in many different styles, but all that i could find came in black and white only (black should work fine for you). they are more of like a plug, than a grommet.

these are not screw sized holes, they are about the size of a penny. will bondo still work? or will there be cracking

bondo should still work, but you may need to use some fiberglass too.

how do i do this? do i just stick that fiberglass in the hole with resin on it? haha
sorry for asking lots of stupid questions. i like doing stuff on my car by myself, but im always scared im gonna screw up

you can fiberglass the outside of the hole only (which will be a much larger area). or you can fiberglass the inside and then fill the hole with bondo, sand the bondo, and paint over it (which you can probably use touch up paint and it won't be that noticeable).

^^^go to the largest hardware/home improvement store in your area, they may have a larger selection. (unless that is the largest one near you.)
