You named two. Uh...shift knob?

A lot of interior parts are identical, if not similar enough to swap with minor modifications, but no shared body panels or drivetrain components so far as I know. I haven't really had the chance to look at an Evolution for an extended period of time and take tabs on things.

so basically the whole interior can be changed... hobie i was getting the thread started and those were the 1st 2 i could think of that i wanted in my lancer OZ, now to find them somewhere really cheap...

what about the gagues...? stuff like that would be cool if some sight would sell them cheaper then a dealership would

If someone with an Evo is willing to take a pic of the wiring harnesses and whatnot if they ever take apart the dash we could probably check really quickly. I'm think there's a high probability of them being swappable without any modifications though.

The spoilers are interchangeable. The front strut assemblies too. I remember someone saying that they put the Evo7 struts into a Lancer with no problems and that the Evo8 has the same front strut assemblies.

I think the evo 8 hood can fit the lancer i have to talk to my dealership. But the service manager said the evo 8 hood will fit and it would cost like 500 bones if i wanted the hood. I don't know if it is true or not.

I think that would be some serious fitment issues. The hood latch won't line up, so you'll need a new one of those. The headlights are a different shape, so they may interfere. You won't have any front grill, which would probably just look bad, but wouldn't be so difficult to fix.

Based on the spec sheet on the EVO VII (not the 8), the only external body panels that can be exchanged b/t the EVO and regular Lancer are the front doors and the trunk lid, which you don't really "need".

No. Look at the front ends of both cars.

What about the exterior body panels???

I heard that the Evo 8 (maybe it was evo 7) has the EXACT same frame as the Lancer OZ, but with like a lot more weld spots, and maybe a few extra cross members. If that's true, couldn't the lancer be stripped to the frame and an evo 8 or evo 7 body put on?
