I was giving the following site

Are these numbers out of the box?
Performance:
Top speed (mph): 155
0-60 mph (sec.): 4.0

Yep, those are the numbers right out of the box. The car is made by Ralli Art UK and there are very few of them. It's an RS2 shell with a ton of Ralli Art parts. It has around 350hp w/ a burt of about 400hp because boost is allowed to momentarily spike! I think it's around $60K US, so it's not cheap, but it sure goes as fast as it looks.

$60,000 for a car that can do 0-60 in 4 secound out of the box is not expensive to me! Although I do not know how much mods it would take to get a stock EVO to that staitis. Speaking relitive though, for a stock car with this kind of proformance, it is not expensive at all.
I'm pretty sure with a few mods you could get an Evo V or VI in the 4s for 0=60 and 12s in the 1/4 mile... 4wd baby
If there aren't any unforseen problems, a good exhaust, induction kit and boost controler could probably do it.
I have a feeling the fueling issue can be dealt with a correctly remapped ECU without a drop in HP.

Probably, considering a good driver can usually do better than what magazine does since they only drive it for a small fraction of time. I think the coolest number would probably be it's 0-60 in the rain... now that I'd like to see
