New recall

Ok so i just got home and i got a recall in the mail. The other recalls had a few sheets of paper telling me whats wrong. This is on a small yellow piece of paper and said this is a recall for immediate repair and that it is absolutely necessary in caps and do not delay. So i think it might be something serious? but it tells me nothing about what it is, they just put a number and said to call in. But its too late right now so as soon as get off work tomarrow ima call in and see whats up. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten one yet? Oh yea i got a 03 OZ

yeah a lot of people have had problems with the ac/heater knob being really hard to switch from on eto the other (mine i have to sometimes turn as hard as I can before it gives and turns). But With the amount of force it can take to turn it on that one little stem holding it in I wouldn't doubt it could break after a while.

mine HVAC knob is pretty hard to turn, but its not to the point where it could break, just thought it was like that cuz ur manually controlling it, not a recall

even if there wasnt, i think its safe to say theyd cover the knob breaking under warranty or at least fix it cause its their fault.
