i highly doubt it, but you never know.
If that's the case then why couldn't he apply for a business loan rather than rip off his first batch of customers (whether it's temporarily or not) for funding.

Well, ok... but that's no excuse to rip people off. Im sure even if he did right things after opening the business (and this is a BIG "if"), people will still remember what he did and therefore business will suffer.

I really hope Phillip fixes things... whether or not he is opening his business I could care less but I am hoping everyone who got ripped off is able to recover their money.

definitly. a lot of people (including me) have gotten involved with his company. sadly most of those people are loosing money. with me it was just the disapointment of being lied too about having my car worked on. I feel terrible for all those guys who are out hundereds of $$$'s from this guy. I really hope things get sorted out for them.

The bank said they can't do anything after 60 days and that I should contact the BBB. I'll try that. And on top of that I have been banned from the A2 forums...hmmm.

I think everyone that bought from him and didn't get what they wanted should put in a claim with the BBB. It may help out the people that purchased a turbo from him, if they weren't satisfied also. Atleast they might have a better chance of getting ther $2500 back from him.

The A2 site or here? If here, this is the wrong place for it. If on A2s site, you should contact him.

Yeah yesterday I too filed a complaint with the BBB and A2's info was already there. I still don't understand what the BBB does. The way I read it, it sounds like they just foward your complaint to the company and hope for a response, if not, they just warn other people about them and you are stil SOL. Is this correct?
