Yeah I got ur PM, I also got one from aaron, things sound good. What if we didn't use a credit card. I just used paypal with my checking account. If I had proof that what he sells is fraud, where would I go? I have no experience with lawsuits or anything. Also, I believe prench has been banned, maybe not, I have to check. But yeah he isn't allowed to sell here anyways cause he's not a vendor, and the way things have gone, people would have to be crazy to still buy from him now. Watch out for aaron (in a good way), he sounds like he is going to be doing some cool things away from A2.

update:

he said:
If its just the fuel rail, we can either send the refund for the fuel rail, or send a fuel rail. I had told customers that we were waiting for cores and I thought we had gotten everyones out. As for the porting, we used a 4g93 manifold which off to start has very small openings and it did get port matched out to the stock lancer size which is quite a bit. Phillip

i said:
well i would like to resolve the fuel rail issue. but my mani fold is not ported to specifacations its like it was just pulled off a vehicle. To be a benificial 4g93 part it needs to be ported to 60mm not 51 mm. Why did i have to do this to get a hold of you?

he still says my manifold was hevily ported.......its stock... and why did i have to get a 3rd party involved to try and get this resolved?

How did you get it resolved? He still hasn't contacted me after numerous polite PMs. Do I have to threaten him with a lawsuit? I just want my refund for the 2 stage 3's I oredered.

Sounds like what he did was base the success of his business on the return of the cores.

He probably didn't have enough parts for the amount of orders so he sent the sets out minus the fuel rails and such.

Bad way to do business. If you have a core charge added to the cost of the part you can't expect to get the core part back because what is happening here is what will happen everytime.

Hey Drucea sorry about all this. I was really looking forward to the ttb. About the legal aspect- My family practices this kind of law and it would not do you much good to file a suit. It would cost more than your product in many many ways. It is possible if you have an undying vendetta against Phillip, which you may by now. and you could simply file a suit for free, hoping for a settlement. but before you do that:

thats the link for the better business bureau. Trust me, once you explain yourself they should be all over it. At least they have in the past. sorry once again and good luck

too bad a2

****Here is the dispute resolution page- http://www.dr.bbb.org/

He hasn't posted on the A2 forums in a week. He should at least clarify what's going on!
