Well I have messaged Phillip a few times and didn't hear back from him the other day when he was supposably going to take care of it. Whether the product was cheap or not, it was advertised as being ported and coming with a fuel rail. Now those of you with just a non ported manifold can get that fixed with Phillip or anyone, I have a manifold with a second throttle body attached. I want my money back, not just swapped out.

To tell you all the truth, I've been messaging Phil with individual PM's with all of the info from each complaint, but I've heard nothing from him...

Well, I'm done with A2 everyone. I'm not sure what's going on, and I don't like where the company's heading, so I'm out. I've forwarded every complaint to Prench, who hasn't read them, thus making my existence pretty useless. Ciao,

Aaron.

I doubt the outcome will be good. But really I would just like to get my money back and be done with them. I think Phillip should just level everything out and end this.

Get it ported by yourself, or send it back with delivery confirmation and then show the receipts to your credit card company to get your money back.

If you know his name and have evidence showing that he cheated you, why not make a list of all the people he wronged and contact the authorities?

That makes way to much since. Please listen to what they say.

If you will contact authorities, meaning police, lawyers, they will tell you to file a civil lawsuit which will take a long time. If I were you, I would port everything by myself and get it to work. After that I would try to resolve the matter with Philip Prench. I'm saying that because he was very helpful in my situation, where I got shifter linkage bushings that didn't fit...he gave me a free pulley. That's pretty damn generous don't you think. Maybe he will do something similar with you guys, who knows. If you can't wait, send the product back and use the receipts to prove to your credit card company that you returned a merchandise and the vendor didn't return your money. After a short investigation they will take the money away from him. That's what you pay your credit card company for...and that's what they do to make business. "Business" is the key word here. If you can't manage your own business, you lose money. The only way you won't get your money back is if you:
- live in third world country
- don't become a knowledgeable customer who is aware of his/her rights

I'm glad to see Aaron backing out of this since he really has the ability to do nothing beings that he is so far away.

Prench has had a history of this in the past on MPF. A few times now he has had problems with business deals that went sour and everytime he seems to dissappear for months. Sounds like this is what is happening here.

At first I was giving him the benefit of the doubt but now it definately looks like I should have stayed with my gut and figured that he hadn't grown up and got his act together.

I wish the best of luck to those of you who have been trying to get things resolves and I just ask that you please don't pass judgement on Aaron because he really was used in this case. I think prench just tried using him to hide the bad name he made for himself by getting someone who is quite reputable to jump on board with him.

We've got nothing against aaron. He was just a middle man relaying information. So what can I do about my problem. Phillip has disappeared and I am really doubting he will show up and fix things. I used paypal to get him the money for my manifold and now the part of the website I got mine from was deleted so there is nothing that says what I was and was not supposed to get. Am I screwed?

Do you have PMs stating what you were supposed to get? What about threads saying what you were supposed to get? Those could work.
