How to Reduce Cabin Noise.
How would it be possible to reduce the Cabin Noise when driving is there some type of material to install in the doors or maybe get a certain brand of rubber molding that would seal air and noise out better?
the cheapest and lightest way would be using ear plugs !

any audio shop will probably sell it, installing is the $$. I hear about people going cheap and using spray on roofing tar or something like that... Personally i need to fill my window buttons because they're going to be driving me insance soon with their little rattles...
Yea thats another thing that bothers me after putting in my system the speakers rattle the crap out of the doors and switches, so you say just cut up some of tat stuff and stick it in the door? That will do the job?

for the doors your best bet is to pay a shop, doors are a pain in the *** to properly do. The trunk is pretty easy, you just pull the matting out clean the metal surface and roll the stuff on. With the doors you have to get the door skin off then cut pieces to fit all the holes and places where wires and cables go through. But ya more or less you remove the door panel and apply the stuff to the metal frame behind.
ive done it to the front doors and took a picture, i originally thought of getting rid of all the plastic weather protectant stuff, but decided to put it back on after i was all done. Ill go find my pictures.
my question has anyone done it to the rear deck, i know many people have subs so they dont want to block that, but i dont plan on putting one, is it easy to take that rear deck out?

i dont know if i did it right, but i took off all or as much of that black gunk as i could, after i took off the semiclear weatherstripping, then i cut strips to fit what i needed. i dont know if it is better as one big piece and i wasnt sure if i was supposed to line the actual door panel, but i could hear and feel the difference. Its nothing drastic, but it made me happy, and definitely buy the dynamat off ebay, if you go to an actual store ( i saw the door kit of extreme for $95 at best buy) it will be a lot more.
oh and for those little clips that hold the wires, take them off one at a time, roll the dyanamt ( i recommend a blunt handle to a screwdriver or something like that), poke a small hole in the metal sheet, push the clip in and the dyanamt almost acts like glue keeping those clips in, youll understand what i mean when you start putting them in. I also covered up a few holes that didnt go to anything, i remember there was a lot of them
The most effective way = when you buy replacement tires, check out Tire Rack on its survey for quietness.
stock tires = loud as so with kuhmo
Just like jacked up trucks w/ swamper tires . . . they will never cut their road noise down.
