Post Daves Lancer Build Up

Whats up EVOM? As some of you know I'm in Iraq right now and laying out my plans for the car. So far this is what I'll be doing when I get back give or take a few things:

RRM IC'd Turbo
Ported 4G93 IM
Port and Polished Head
Upgraded Injectors and Fuel Rail
Walbro Fuel Pump
Custom Exhaust With High Flow Cat
Stage 2 clutch
Lightened Flywheel
Stainless Steel Clutch Cable
Upgraded Rotors and pads
Stainless Steel Brake Lines
Battery Relocation
Tune by ECUFlash

I may add or subtract a few things from this list as the build up progress's. I plan to take the time to provide a write up, with pictures, of each step. Once everything is installed and tuned, I'll also post up a dyno sheet and eventually a time slip to show the results of the work. Hopefully, I'll be able to get 220+ WHP out of these mods with a safe, reliable tune. Feel free to post up with your thoughts, comments, and recommendations.

hey man if your gonna do a p n p head i'd suggest doin a camshaft upgrade with.
to take full advantage of the mod. but if your lookin for safe and reliable in a turbo upgrade. i say drop the pnp head and get pisons and rods. that way you can run more boost get more power and increase your safety net.

you can delete the pnp head. The turbo kit itself should be able to accomplish your hp goals.

This is going to be fun man. Now that I have a job that lets me have weekends off I'm down for as much wrenching or moral support as you need. All I ask for is a ride when your done so I can see what I'm missing.

I'm excited for you man. I can't wait. And at some point I'll have to get my stuff together and get going on my own turbo build up.
