I want An X hood or Ram air hood

 

THis hood has all the RAM you can handle. Even MItsu engineers saw it and commented that they wish EVO X hood had the flow characteristics of our hood. That is saying something!

Honestly we looked at function first. It also came out looking good too. But no one can fault the functionality of our hoods.

X style, and OEM style in 1X1 CARBON WEAVE. NOBODY does that in america it seems. 2x2 weave is hideous. you'd be the only guys offering a 1x1 weave for the Lancer.

 

We use the standard twill weave that everyone expects. A differnt weave would thorw people off. I know when carbon fiber was short VIS tried a different weave, they got lynched! Not going to do that..

because there are places that are bad for vents on the hood, can u higlight those areas for thsoe who are intrested in a new design - IF there will be another design

 

it's not some special mystic weave that no one will understand. in case you haven't noticed, just about all JDM companies use the 1x1 weave including Ralliart. the Ralliart carbon lip for the EVO IX is 1x1. the Carbon on the EVO's wing is 1x1. The Ralliart carbon hood, and trunk, as well as hoods/trunks from Cwest, Chargespeed, and many others are all 1x1. 1x1 is the standard in carbon fiber. it's the 2x2 weave that throws people who know what they are looking at off.

 

I did not say it was Mystic. We use it for interior parts all the time. People just expect twill on exterior and if they are trying to match say... our hood with someone elses trunk or wing, it prolly will not match it. Then the phone rings, alalala.
