First off I would get a second opinion....I am a mechanic and there are always second opinions....when you see a doctor do you trust him or get a second opinion, same thing.
1. Are the really that worn?
2. Tie rods, probably very little movement. Its not going to fall off...give it another 5 years(checking in between). All depends if its really that bad. To check, get a friend to wiggle the steering wheel back and forth with enough force to put stress on the linkage. Then fell and look at movement. There should be very little movement b/w parts or none at all, anything more is a call for thinking about replacing it soon.
3. Alignment, on if you do replace the steering components or are noticing uneven tire wear or pulling or steering wheel centering.
4. Struts, take a look, are they leaking, if you push down on the rear end of the car does it bounce, and keep bouncing? if yes then its time to replace, if they still have their spring damping resistance then they are still ok for another while.
5. Rear brake adjustment??? I could only think of this if your car has rear drum brakes, if so, then get a hanyes manual or ask a mechanic how to do it...and be sure you adjust them evenly.
6. Brake fluid flush...depends on how dirty the fluid is?? I like to keep it clean, I have a vacuum bleeder which attaches onto the bleeder screw on each wheel and sucks the fluid out. The old fashioned way its to get two people and bleed the brakes by cracking the bleeder and pushing the pedal all the way to the floor and holding, then closing the bleeder and pedal up again 6 or 7 times per wheel while making sure the master cylinder is full... This takes approx 1-2L of brake fluid.
7. Trans flush....if an auto, always a good idea to preserve the transmission for years to come.
8. Flue injection flush....not really a flush. More of a cleaning, and it does a way better job than that crap you pour into the fuel tank! Yes its crap... But if you keep your fuel filter changes on the regular, then no worries unless you are around 100,00 miles or so and haven't keeps up with servicing much.
9. 30,000 mile service....what actually included? Just a tune up tire rotation and fluid check?? I should hope they throw in a supermodel! Thats pricey! Just find out what needs to be done and I am sure you can do it yourself!
10. PCV valve, cheap....its not necessary but if you car has hi hydrocarbons in a driving test (if you have emissions testing) then you need to replace the pcv valve...its an emissions thing...
