anyone here owns a EVO7 also?
i wont doubt on that Lancerimport company...
i've sended them a email, but it bounced back saying there is no such address.
so, with out and proof of that company's exsistant, i dont think there is anyway so far to import a EVO legally
and also, mitsu havnt made any LHD E7 yet.

Any thoughts or comments on the ACD and AYC systems in the 7?
My AYC in my 5 is disconnected, as I'm still trying to sort out if I'm on the recall list.
So I haven't had a good chance to flog it around and form any opinions of the AYC.
The ACD and AYC stuff sounds cool from the big evo 7 pdf, but would be curious to hear driving opinions.

the AYC is the same for the older EVO...
but the ACD is quite different. there is 3 modes to play with tarmac/gravel/snow and u can use these settings on any road condition.
the snow mode locks up the torque to a 50/50 ratio, u can actually drift the car now and do alot of stuff that the older evo wasn't able to do.
the tarmac mode is active ACD, meaning the torque on each wheel is always different making the car is stable on the road. and gravel is something in between.
the car is alot bigger then the older evo, and much more refine. but the suspension settings were kinda too hard for hk roads, but for japan, it's alright.
my dad's company also have a 380-400HP modded Lan EVO 6, the car is fast, and handels well too. but in everyway for some reason, the EVO7 drives better. much more controlable then the EVO6, it's quite hard to predict what the EVO6 will do when i step on the gas...
for looks, the EVO6 still look alot better.
