Imagine you're taking a tight corner. You accelerate in, let off the gas and turn the wheel, and the car kinda drifts towards the outside of the corner. Sounds familiar? That's understeer, a problem common in FWD cars.
Now imagine the same situation. But you accelerate in, let off and turn the wheel, and this time, the back end gently swings around right where you want it. You take the corner perfectly. You win the race. Chicks love you.
OK, that might be a bit over the top, but it's the general idea. As you get used to it, you can really make the car respond exactly how you want by hitting/letting off the gas pedal. The RSB makes the back end come around like you want it to. You can take turns harder and faster than before. And there's less body roll too.
