Our speculations on this is the drive-by-wire throttle system. Its just not as precise, so it gives a bit of rev hang. It doesnt bother me as much but what the hey...

i've read that it has something to do with emissions control. or rather further emissions control. not sure how that makes sense but, i'm no engineer.
