So I was driving home from work today in my new '09 Lancer GTS, having some fun with other drivers (kid in a VW R38 pulled up next to me). Might have over-revved the engine on the go, or maybe not, didn't see the gauge.

Anyways when I got home I hopped out and heard a clicking noise coming from the engine. I popped off the plastic piece covering the engine, but couldn't pinpoint the noise. Never really spent much time outside of it while it's running, so I'm not sure if it was there before or not...

Anyone know if this is something I simply something I didn't notice before, or did I make a boo boo on the drive home?

sorry, only thing I have that records video is my phone, but the sound quality on it isn't good enough to catch the sound
