Hi guys,
I' just had a look at the car today and found that the two fans are not spinning even when the car is turned on. I've never actually take a look at it since the day I bought it, is it suppose to turn on its own when car is started? cause i see wires connecting to it. Thanks.

 

They don't run all of the time so it's possible for them to not be doing anything even while the car is running.

 

Turn on the A/C as soon as you do you will hear the fans operating.

 

cooling fan... it starts up when the engine gets hot. no point for it turning on when you just started the engine.

 

the fans don't run 100% of the time. Unless they never turn on, you don't have a problem

 

Fans only turn on when the engine is hot or when you turn on your A/C

 

which is why you are supposed to disconnect your battery when you work on your car, partially anyway. So you don't get caught in the fans, as they can come on when the motor is shut off also.
