Temperature Gauge

Hi,
I've just finished installing RRM SRI on my car.
However, after I finish installing, my engine light is on and the temperature gauge can't seem to move. The fan is still blowing hot air out, but the gauge wouldn't move. Any ideas? Thanks!

Is it V1 or V2 of the SRI? Make sure your MAF sensor is tight down without any leaks. as for the temp gauge thats a strange one

This is what I got for my car.

I was told to reset the car's computer, where is that? is it one of the "plugs" in the fuse section, or is it the big fuse saying "ECU"?

UPDATE: I managed to get the engine light to go off simply because my car starter has auto-reservation mode for manual cars, and was holding the original configuration and even reseting ecu wouldnt' reset the car starter. Now the temperature gauge is the remaining factor. Any ideas how to fix that?

check your temp sender connection. its on the side of the engine near the radiator hose. should be a thin wire with plastic connector. You may have knocked it loose.

Thanks Guy.
I had a look at the car this morning and accidentally get it fixed when I spotted there's a loose wire. The engine light was still on, but then I disconnect the negative battery and reset the comp, now the engine light is off. Thanks everyone for help!
