If your subs don't hit after that :0

If subs don't work after that then from what happened when it sparked sounds like an amp circuit got fried. Your subs are probablly good so no worries there. If the iPod to RCA worked and subs hit then because you tried the other RCA inputs I would say you have a pair of bad rca's them self buy new RCA cables connect them first to the radio then run them over your seats don't hide those wires yet plug it to the amp and walla!! Your subs work again!!

I blew my stereo and my amp

But my speakers and subs are fine. My buddy just gave me his sony stereo and sony xplod amp so my music is back!

I think everyone knows what a headphone jack means, when I say 3.5 1/8 Ect to most people they don't know what that means hence the universal term headphone jack

^ ^ Yeah most people know what a head phone jack is but if you call it a 3.5 mm jack. or call it a 3.5 mm to RCA cable most people will just look at you and shake there heads. Most people would just call it a Y cable lol.
