Where to buy HID Kit?

Hey,
I have an 03 Lancer OZ Rally with JDM Projector Headlights and I am looking to buy a Low Beam HID Kit.

I looked around eBay, but sellers have bad feedback about faulty ballasts, etc.

Is there any other website that sells the full kit and is trustworthy?

Thanks

Ebay. They all come from the same place unless you get the expensive kits from Germany etc.

I'm looking at these 3 choices for my 9007 bulbs for low beam...
Link

Can anyone tell me the difference? Pretty big price range.

I wanted to use my low beam with the HID kit, and just have my high beams the way they are right now. This quote is from one of their products. Does this mean I can only use my low beams and my high beams won't function at all?
This is a Single Beam HID Kit. If you are purchasing this product in bulb size 9004, 9007, H4/9003 or H13/9008 you will lose the ability to use the high beam function on your vehicle.

Personally id switch to the depo lights and get a h7 hid kit. This way you keep your high beams seperate thats what I did...

second on the ddmtuning. have no problems with them so far. i'd say opt to get $45kit cause the small ballasts help tremendously when trying to mount them. its only $10 more so why not?

Xenon Depot. High quality rare to almost no issues from the guys that run it in our car club for 4 years.

Ok thanks guys. I ended up ordering from DDM.

According to http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...RG-Results.htm
I have 9007 bulbs, so I ordered those. I got them today, and tried to fit them, but I just realized my aftermarket headlights use H7 bulbs....

Do you think it would be cheaper to buy the H7 bulbs or to try to exchange the 9007 for H7?

These two I think were the best when I was looking.
