Read the Lancer FAQ, I had every bolt-on possible and some higher compression pistons and I gained a staggering 5 HP. For a few thousand in mods. Turbo is the way to go.

theres a few but depending on your cash you
can either build your kit like buying pieces bit by bit (saves a bit of cash)

or buy the whole kit. usualy more expensive but saves your the hassle.

i think rrm has the most expensive one iv seen but complete kit so u just install tune n have sexy time

i know theres a sticky somewhere that has other brands that sell whole kits just a lil more modification to fit our cars

Turbo kits.com has a better turbo kit for much cheaper. 16G tubro (evo8) or a T-25 will do fine. Some WRX injectors (pink in color) and a 255lph fuel pump will push well. Thats my tubro manifold, my headers are black.

i got a tune and LSD and it shaved .5 seconds off my 1/4 mile time, i have 30+ passes, and i'm fairly consistent, but I, like many others don't dyno everytime i change something...so $2,000 worth of mods...lol, i didn't pay that much but that's what it's worth...

I made my own turbo manifold...and i got everything i need for less than $1,000...as an experiment mind you...i will be upgrading turbo, wastegate, injectors and exhaust...but it can be done...i hear the Evo 8 stock setups are a pretty good start, but you still need subaru injectors for plug and play...

04-06 Ralliart is a regular Lancer but with the same "body kit" as the OZ, with a nicer interior, better shifter, bigger 4G69 (2.4L with MIVEC) engine, stock equal length 4-2-1 header, 4 wheel disc brakes, and better suspension.

I run a 15.3s 1/4 mile.

this is our stock exhaust manifold...not bad, really...

As I answered you already (don't double post, please), what is the problem?

Stock HP is 120.
300 = 120 x 2.5

That's pretty damn good for an economy sedan. This isn't a sports car. It's a grocery getter. If you turn it into a 300hp monster, you've done quite a bit. You can't reasonably expect to quadruple the HP of a car.

And there are 1000 HP Evos, different engine, different limitations. 300 HP in a Lancer would be pretty fast, and a torque-steering, wheel-spinning monster.
