I am replacing my shocks but I am absolutely not paying the 166.00 per front shock just for stock replacements from mitsubishi. How is stock replacement costing more than aftermarket? What have i gotten myself into with these coilovers..............

 

Get the shocks from RMR. They'd actually do a lot better with your coilovers. They're made to handle higher spring rates.

 

oem is almost always more expensive

you can't put those sleeved coulovers on stock struts...you simply can't do it without blowing them out.

Ive got the RMR shock/struts here now. They are going on monday. I hope that my bounce is gone. I still may have an issue with no suspension travel. The coilovers in the rear are at max and the front can only raise up 1/4 inch. I guess i got what i paid for in these coilovers right....I hope these shocks will take care of things..Ill let you know monday...
