I've just recently noticed that my car is making a high pitch noise when the the power/accessories is turned on but the engine is still off. From what I can tell it's from somewhere by the engine. I have 09 Lancer GTS. Is this a problem?
Its quite loud when in real life but the video didnt really capture the sound too well so you might have to turn it up a little towards the end.
