I own a 2003 Lancer OZ Rally.
145,XXX kms.

When I'm stoppped at a red light, then I put it in 1st gear, the car jerks violently. It doesn't happen all the time though. I'm not too sure what causes it, but if I rev it harder and slowly engage the clutch it will stop.

Do you guys think the clutch needs to be replaced? Or could it just be my driving? I've driven standard for over 3 years and I've never really had this sort of problem on it.

Would you guys suggest to get it checked out at a shop?
