New GTS. Need some help!
New GTS. Need some help!
Hi Guys!
Ok so warm weather is about here and I have started working on my Electric Blue GTS I bought in November. I am working on replacing some dead bulbs on the break lights and turn signals. After I took the back carpet off the wall I found a plug that had no connection. See the picture.

Cable is the the black plug with the red, yellow, and Blue wire in it.
Also in the same area there is a cut opening on the same wall and I have no idea as to what belongs here.

Can anyone tell me what is supposed to go in these 2 places?
Might need a bit more help as well. Lets start here.

Is it affecting anything or is it just there? It could be any number of things. It looks OEM but it could be something aftermarket I guess. If I still had my GTS I would look and see what mine looks like. If it's not affecting anything I wouldn't mess with it. Sorry, man I wish I could be more help. Good Luck!
Yeah it has nothing to do with anything but I was just curious. Everything is working.
2nd question. Just put in LEDs into my turn signals and I have the resistors but I am not sure where to put them as I don't have a place to mount then. Can I just connect them up and let they lay? I can't really get my head light out and I am not sure how much room I have in the area of my back lights. Any ideas? Here are pictures of the areas where my headlights are and my tail lights.
Here is what I have for room near my head light.

Here is my tail light.

Here is the size of the load resistor in relation to the tail light.

Suggestions?

From your first post, thats the connector and opening for a factory sub.
As for the resistors you'll definitely want to mount them where theres open air as they will get HOT. Your best bet would probably be to just add some extra wire and mount them further away in a good spot.
