02-06 Gas Mileage

I have an 05 ES, and Ive had it for about 6 years. I dont really remember how many miles i could get on one tank when I was stock, but currently i get between 265-280ish miles until im empty. Currently I have a short ram intake, headers, and coilovers, because Im slowly transitioning back to stock.

So Im curious to how many miles you get out of a tank, for those of you who are stock or fairly stock?

I can go about 350 miles before the low fuel light comes on, about 32mpg. I drive 95% highway miles at 75mph.

What mods do you have on the car? Stick or auto?

My 03 OZ Rally did about 30 -32 MPG both on highway or in city. I had an auto though but drove it like a shift. All about where you shift the auto.

Would anyone happen to know if I replace my headers back to stock with stock cat, would that maybe increase my mpg back to 320 per tank like it used to be?

Ive also read about replacing the pcv valve. But so far Ive done other maintenance as well like spark plugs, trans flush, oil changes, and have also returned back to stock tires...

Really the only thing that has not been changed back to stock are coilovers, short ram intake, and headers/high flow cat. I guessing that one of these or a combination of these are hindering my car from being efficient
